"I used to suggest books to Gabriel purely in order to Civilize him. I would select a book as though I were selecting a whip and then I would beat the shit out of him with my whip-book."

Remember “Typing of the Dead”?!

When was the last time you paid any attention to those conveniently posted airline safety instructions? Can you roll through the proper impact procedure by heart? How fast can you type? Are prepared for certain disaster?

If you answered never, no, “eh” or just sat there gargling on your own saliva, this game is for you.

Safety Instructions is a challenging, retro, semi-educational flash game by Pippin Barr. Type what appears on the screen exactly as it appears, as fast as you can. If you succeed, you live. If you fail… yeah. As simple as that sounds, it’s an incredibly addictive little game. Short for those of you who don’t have the time to fool around and rewarding for those of you who do. The game features a few unlockables including what I’m going to call an “impossible mode”, plus a few additional scenes.

Give it a shot! Click the link or the pic above and be sure to check out his other games!

I absolutely must watch this when it comes out. Brought to us by the Huayi Brothers (of Kung Fu Hustle fame), Tai Chi 0 looks to be an incredible underdog action flick!

[+ a bajillion points for steampunk martial arts fantasy]

I’m sure just about everyone does this.

About Notch’s Upcoming Game “0x10c”

Johan Gerdin asks Notch via Twitter-

Thoughts on the engineering aspect as of yet? Repairs to hull, engines, etc. Will mechanical maintenance have a steep learning curve?

Notch replies -

I hope so. For gameplay reasons, I will make duct tape fix ANYTHING for a shorter period of time.

My reaction -

YES!! YES YES YES!! YES YES YES YES YES!!!

OMGguyz! It’s Assassin’s Creed for Kinect! LLLAAAAWWWWLLL!

Trailer for the upcoming animal-centric survival adventure… Tokyo Jungle! And now for a picture that accurately summarizes my opinion of the above trailer.
